You will spend your time Processing and scheduling all receipts of raw materials in SAP and generate corresponding documentation and labels.
Placing requisitions for multiple departments within IFF Hazlet for assorted supplies based on need and/or stock level followed by receipt and distribution.
Processing SAP notifications for damaged goods and/or delivery nonconformance's and processing the returns to the Supplier.
Assisting in the investigation of inventory discrepancies and processing the necessary SAP adjustments.
Receiving all raw materials, finished goods, MRO's and MBR's into the SAP system.
Processing SAP notifications for delivery nonconformance's Analyzing, adjusting inventory discrepancies and processing various inventory movements.
Job Requirements Required Skills:
Person must be able to process a large volume of transactions in SAP accurately and in a timely manner.
Ability to coordinate and communicate to multiple departments within IFF and external suppliers in a detailed and professional manner Must be able to multi- task and be extremely flexible regarding changing priorities Required
Experience:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent Thorough knowledge of Receiving and warehouse activities SAP experience in Warehouse/Operations Modules Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook A Receiving Clerk position is available at one of the world's best flavor and fragrances located in Dayton, NJ!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
