Every Thursday & Friday plus every other weekend rotation.
25 hours per week.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors as they arrive Register and check-in patients Answer phone calls from multiple lines as well as send, receive, and distribute materials via fax/email Schedule patients and provide general clinic information both in person and over the phone Insurance verification and authorization Assist therapy staff as needed Responsible to open and close office based on business hours Ability to work on projects and any other tasks as needed Must have experience with customer service, be positive, friendly and energetic.
Reliability is a MUST.
Must be efficient and friendly Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 year of experience Ability to process assigned duties in an efficient and organized manner and meet expectations of the practice Close attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Must at all times maintain strict confidentiality with regard to protected health information, understanding and adhering to HIPAA Privacy and Security Policies and Procedures Monday, Thursday, Friday and every other weekend.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
