Our client is a young and quickly expanding global logistics organization. They largely serve the apparel industry and have a focus on offering robust technology solutions. Currently we are seeking a WMS Project Analyst/Manager to help lead the selection and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System.
Job Responsibilities
Provides a high level of customer service to key accounts/customers, researches and resolves issues.
Processes customer orders coming in from emails and EDI, follow up with customers to confirm order receipt.
Enters shipping and delivery information into the Dispatch system.
Serves as a resources and point of contact for customers regarding their shipments.
Maintains positive supply chain relationships. Tracks transportation data and provides regular updates to customers.
Maintains seamless communication via telephone and email with the customers
Researches and resolves customer complaints in a timely manner.
Continuously follows up on outstanding issues and stays in contact with customers until resolved.
Notifies management of customer concerns.
Provides a high level of quality customer service by being responsive and following up on requests and issues in a timely manner.
Strives to exceed expectations.
Job Qualifications
HS degree required; college coursework in business management, logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
3 years of experience in customer service and/or customer account management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and analytical ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications, including Excel. A basic understanding of a form of Transportation Software (WMS, TMS, etc.) is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
