Global Strategic Pricing Analyst

Job Description Provide analytical support for Globally administered Accounts to the VP Global Accounts, Global Account Directors and Regional General Managers on as needed basis including: Existing global price index mechanisms Creation/improvement upon global price index mechanisms FX Models and mechanisms Rebates budgeting, accrual and finalization Develop financial analysis and prepare recommendations in response to Global customer's core listing processes Contract negotiation preparation Participate with Global team in selected Customer-facing negotiations Continuously strive for margin maintenance and optimization by recommending price increases and/or proactive proposals to advance profitability within customer portfolios based on price/volume evolution Actively support the Global team with pricing information related to each market Support Global Pricing strategy development and execution Drive improvements in Global and Coordinated pricing tools together with IT including: Improvements to "Bootcamp" approach for annual price increases (Power BI) Rollout of automated raw material indices Development of predictive cost models Improve the utilization of the IFFMAN - SAP link (e.g. automatic load of approved quotes to production) Improve overall leverage of Power BI tool for above content delivery Develop and deliver analyses to support corporate strategic objectives as needed for pricing strategy on M&A or Innovation related activities Build high level of business/finance acumen and influencing skills with expedited development efforts and identified short & mid-term career options Required Skills Strong financial acumen and analytical skills Able to learn / understand IFF innovation/ technology and position them as competitive advantage High level of learning agility and commitment Demonstrate leadership potential, cultural agility and emotional maturity Appreciation / experience working in various cultures and internationally mobile Passionate about flavor and food industry Able to work effectively under global matrix structure with various stakeholders Fluent in English, plus other language fluency preferred Strong proficiency in Excel. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint Previous experience within FMCG, Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry Preferred: Previous Procurement experience Preferred: Experience working with SAP and Power BI. Required Experience Relevant educational background : Economics, Finance, Food Science/ Food engineering / Chemistry 5 years of Experience in Flavor, Food ingredient, FMCG or adjacent B2B industry with proven track record
